Refund policy

Here at Sacred Sikh we want you to be happy with your items. However, if for any reason that is not the case, you can request to obtain a refund.

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

What you need to do

You will need to email customerservice@sacredsikh.com within 30 days after receiving your items, stating the following;

• Your name
• Order number
• Item purchased
• Date of purchase
• Reason for return

Please note certain items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged (unless there is a defect or processing error) these include;

• Shastar
• Kacheras
• Kangas
• Face Coverings 
• Cut Turban Material 

What happens next

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to cover the cost of postage when returning the item, this will not be refunded back. 

Refund 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment into your account. Please note you will be refunded for the cost of the items returned, this does not include the original postage cost. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
